Congratulations

• CONGRATULATIONS to Jean Danver and Chaps on earning their ADCH-Bronze!
• CONGRATULATIONS to Jim Basic and baby Sweep on earning their ADCH!
• Tika Finch earned her 25th Championship Standard Q for her SaCH-Silver; Boost Finch completed her 10th Ch Relay Q for her RM-CH.

Qs and placements

• These are the ERB's from the trial. ERB sheets are the Event Results Booklet sheets you saw us filling out at the score table; 8.5x11 sheets of paper on which only Q's and Placements are listed. This is the official Q list with which USDAA updates your title information. If you didn't Q or place then you won't show on these sheets, sorry.
• If you see a problem (like, you thought you Q'd but you aren't on these sheets), contact me THIS WEEK (before the friday after the trial date) and I'll be able to check out the issue before I send all the paperwork into USDAA. After friday I'll no longer be in possesion of the paperwork and you'll have to contact USDAA if you have any questions about it. I'm at this email address.
• The official complete results (including NQ's) will be available on the USDAA subscriber webpages in about a month.

Last Minute Site Layout Rearrangement

As of Monday evening 6/29, we have learned that we are being relocated to the better-bigger-faster-neater main field of Manzanita Park. Refer to the General Info Letter which has been updated with this new info!

RV’s must park where the RV elves tell them to, on soccer field #1 across the parking lot and on the dirt road around the main field. The dirt road around the field must be passable to through traffic AT ALL TIMES for emergency vehicles.

Things Entrants Need To Know About This Trial

• Any questions about any of the below: email info@bayteam.org.
• General Info Letter - directions, checkin time, ring layout, the rule about hiding your alcohol, etc.
• Entry Summary - one more chance to check what you entered! If the "Card" column isn't checked then you'll need to show your card at checkin. To get that "Card" column checked ahead of time, send me a copy of your permanent yellow card (emailed scans accepted).
• Saturday BBQ Signups - Join us for a mellow summer evening feast of BBQ ribs and chicken and yummy veggie stuff and then chocolate!
• Trial Stats - oh you are SUCH a data geek!
• Alphabetic Team Listing - Double check your team! If you didn't give me a team name then I defaulted to the dogs' names in alphabetic order. I'm accepting team name changes until tuesday before the trial weekend.

RV'ing and Camping On-site

• Camping Signups - we have received reservations from this list of people to camp on-site. Advance reservations are REQUIRED to do this. There's plenty of room; we just don't want you to have the stress of first-come-first-served spot grabbing.

Running Orders

• Last chance to catch mmistakes/errors in your entries! Email info@bayteam.org. Including where you see I failed to separate your multiple dogs far enough apart - especially in snooker and pairs and relay where they always escape me. (And I apologize in advance if the size of your jump height makes it impossible to separate them better - but promise that your tireless gate steward on day-of will fix it for you!)

Workers Schedule

• This is a draft. If you see a problem with it before thursday afternoon, email us and we'll fix it before the weekend. Otherwise, we'll fix it day-of (we'l know you can't make an assignment if you don't show up - no worries, that's how it works, and we just get someone else!).
• Take advantage of our new WHITEBOARDS at each ring! We'll pencil in the existing worker schedule, and you can feel free to erase your name or add your name as things play out! THANK YOU!
